Young Fathers of Los Angeles is a developing community based initiative for teen and young fathers. We bring together guidance, practical support, and people who understand, so fathers can grow in confidence and take an active part in their children’s lives.

04 / Our roots
Founded by Haki Nkrumah, Young Fathers of Los Angeles builds on three decades of experience supporting fathers and families through Young Fathers of Central Florida.
Nearly two years of listening, surveys, and relationships across Los Angeles have helped shape this beginning. The goal is simple: practical, compassionate support that meets fathers where they are.
